Questions

Who owns the Christmas lights?

We do — they're leased to you for the season. We install, maintain, take them down in January, and store them. Next year you get first pick of dates at the same rate.

Do permanent lights damage my roof or gutters?

No. The track mounts under the eave with stainless screws — nothing goes through shingles, and we never clip to gutters in a way that bends them.

How accurate is the instant quote?

For the tightest quote, measure your roofline on your own photo with our designer. If your footage, home height, roof shape and photos are accurate, your final price will be within 10% of the quote. We measure on site before we start. If it comes in lower, you pay less. If there's a bigger difference, we call you before any work starts.

Deposit terms

A 25% deposit (minimum $100) reserves your install date and lets us order your materials. It's fully refundable within 72 hours of booking. After that it's non-refundable, since materials are ordered and your date is held — but it always stays credited toward your install, even if you need to reschedule. If our on-site measurement comes in more than 10% over your quote and you choose not to proceed, you get your full deposit back.

Do I need an outlet?

An outdoor GFCI outlet near the roofline works for most homes. Don't have one? Add a hardwired outlet — installed by our licensed electrical partner.

When is the balance due?

After install, once you've seen them lit. We take bank transfer (lowest fees), card, Venmo, or check.

When can you install?

Now. Permanent lights go up any time of year. Christmas lights can go up early and stay off until you're ready. We book until the calendar fills, usually by mid-December, and earlier windows go first.
